The CASELINER is an automatic bin changer that counts the number of loose parts and stored them in the box or container, also automatically change it with an empty bin when a preset number is reached.

Suitable for automatic production lines of small parts such as loose terminals, battery parts, springs, and molding products.

Automatically change bins with an empty one when a preset number is reached, enable the long periods of unattended operation, and quantity management (There may be some errors in the count numbers).

Automatic bin changers (CASELINER) are available on ET, ED-II, and ES models.

Features

ET Model

Suitable for quantity management of small parts such as loose terminals, battery parts etc.

Bins are automatically switched when the preset numbers is count up, allowing for continuous operation.

Set 8 empty bins (made of stainless steel) or vinyl bags onto the turntable. The turntable will automatically turns and switching the bins, fill them in order.
*The bin has a handle; (6, 12, and 24 bins type also available).

ED Model

Suitable for processing management of precision parts such as loose terminals, battery parts and precision springs etc.

Containers are automatically replaced when a preset quantity is reached, allowing continuous operation, which is effective in reducing costs.

Stack multiple empty containers (commercially available) in advance in each definite position, respectively. Container be switched to the bottom, and moves to filling position, fill them in order.

ES Model

Suitable for quantity management of small parts.

Containers are automatically switched when the preset numbers is count up, allowing for continuous operation, which is effective in reducing costs.

3 empty containers (commercially available) are slid and switched, and fill them in order.
