MULTI-LAYER SPIRAL REEL WINDER and UNWINDER
STR-900 / STU-900 / STR/U-900

Highly effect on high-speed press processing for long production run, secondary processing, and plating processing lines.

Analogue loop controller detects strip loop amount, and in combination with inverter control follows the line speed at continuously variable speed.

The multi-layer spiral reel is made of stainless steel and is highly durable, helping to reduce running costs.

STR-900 be for winding use only, STU-900 be for unwinding use only, and STR/U-900 can be used for both winding and unwinding.

Features

Possible use a forklift to transport the spiral reel easily and safely around the factory floor.

The spiral reels with products can be moved by using a forklift between each processes section such as press pre-punching, secondary processing, and plating section.

Since it is wound horizontally, and the product carrier is constantly resting on the bottom side of winding flange, and product wound uniformly, so that there is no product deformation caused by touching top side of reel flange, and ensure product quality is stable.

The multi-layer spiral reel (sold separately) is made of stainless steel and is highly durable, helping to reduce running costs.
